CUSTOMER POLICIES:
1. Description of goods and services offered:
Self-Talk CDs and Books by Dr. Shad Helmstetter.
2. Returned merchandise and refund policy:
Self-Talk CD returns are accepted if returned within 30-days of the posted arrival date.
Book purchases are non-refundable.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all Self-Talk CD returns.
To request an RMA on eligible items, contact Customer Service at selftalkstore@cox.net.
Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable.
A 15% restocking fee may be applied for any Self-Talk CDs returned in damaged or neglected condition.

When contacting the Self-Talk Store, please include your full name and, when possible, your Self-Talk Store order number so that we can quickly assist you.
Please allow 24 to 72 hours for us to personally assist you.
4. Transaction currency: U.S. Dollars (USD).
Important: Please note, this purchase will appear on your credit card as "GOALS ON LINE"
5. No export restrictions.
6. Delivery policy: U.S. orders are shipped "USPS Priority Mail" or "First-Class Mail." Orders shipped outside U.S. will be sent "USPS Global Priority" or "Air Mail."
Orders normally ship within 2 or 3 business days. Delivery is estimated within 5 to 7 business days after shipment for U.S orders. Please allow up to 3 weeks for orders outside the U.S.
